We’re looking for someone who thrives on making things happen—someone who knows that keeping a company secure isn’t just about spotting issues, but about making sure they get resolved.

As our Operational Security Analyst, you’ll be right in the middle of where it matters: coordinating between our external Security Operations Center (SOC), our internal teams, and the various outsourcing partners we have. You’ll make sure security incidents are followed up, vulnerabilities don’t linger, and penetration test findings don’t just sit in a report—they get fixed!

You’ll be part of the Digital Foundations Center of Excellence (CoE), which makes perfect sense—because this team owns incident coordination and manages key IT service providers. But you’ll also work closely with the CISO in the Digital Office and the Product Owners in the various teams we have, translating technical findings into real business risks and helping make smarter, faster decisions.

Every system you help protect, every vulnerability you help close, contributes directly to our mission to reduce environmental impact and operate responsibly. In this role, you’ll help secure the digital backbone of a company that’s working every day to make the planet a little cleaner.

What will you do?

• Take ownership of security incident coordination:
  You’ll be the go-to person for managing security incident reports from our SOC. You’ll determine who needs to act, make sure the right people are involved—whether internal or external—and follow through until resolution.
• Be our security risk translator in collaboration with the SOC:
  Together with our SOC, you’ll dig into trends, threat intelligence, and recurring incidents. You’ll bring context, assess what matters to us as a company, and turn technical findings into clear, actionable risks that guide our decisions.
• Drive vulnerability management follow-up:
  You’ll review and triage vulnerability scan results, assign responsibility, and keep the pressure on where it’s needed—ensuring critical issues are handled quickly by the right teams or partners.
• Own the coordination of patch management activities:
  You’ll help connect the dots between vulnerability findings and real-world action. You’ll work with our IT outsourcing partners and internal teams to track, follow up, and escalate where patching doesn’t happen on time.

• Lead the planning and follow-up of penetration testing
  You’ll coordinate the full cycle of penetration testing—working with our external pen test partner on planning, and making sure findings are understood, assigned, and resolved effectively across all parties involved.
• Connect the dots between teams and stakeholders
  You’ll act as a central link between internal IT teams (across our CoEs), external partners, the SOC, and the CISO. You’ll ensure smooth communication, clear responsibilities, and shared understanding when it comes to security actions.
• Help shape and maintain our operational processes
  On top of all these activities, you’ll also contribute to improving how we work—refining workflows, building tracking tools, and supporting reporting to both IT leadership and the CISO.
