Renewi Trainee Processing
Region: Charleroi
Full-time (40 hours per week)

Your Traineeship
As a Trainee at Renewi, you will start in September in a two-year program designed to support both your professional and personal development. From day one, you will have a full-fledged role with real responsibilities within your field. These responsibilities come with real expectations, but you will not face them alone.

Together with your mentor and colleagues, you will actively shape your development path through assignments at various locations within our organization. Your first assignment will be based in Ghent, while subsequent assignments may take place at other locations.

You will be part of a group of trainees who start at the same time, each working in their own discipline. Together, you will form a close-knit group, gaining hands-on experience while benefiting from training, coaching, and peer-to-peer learning sessions. You will learn from each other as well as from experienced professionals at Renewi – all with the shared goal of building a sustainable career and contributing to a circular future.

What can you expect?

Who are you?

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in engineering or a technical field
• You are curious, eager to learn, and quickly adapt to new environments
• You have a hands-on mentality, take initiative, and enjoy getting things done
• You think ahead, communicate effectively, and enjoy working in a team
• You are fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus
• You are available starting September 2026

What do we offer?
You will start your traineeship in September 2026. After completing the two-year program, you will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position within Renewi.

• A gross monthly salary starting from €3,433 (full-time)

Selection Procedure

• CV screening will take place after the vacancy closing date
• Selected candidates will be invited for interviews on Monday, June 29, 2026
• If the first interview is successful, you will complete an online assessment in the week of June 29, 2026
• Second interviews will take place in the first week of July 6, 2026
