Continuous Improvement Specialist (32 – 40 hours)

As our Continuous Improvement Specialist, you’ll be a catalyst for operational excellence. Whether it's improving turnaround time in logistics, increasing safety on site, or helping a team rethink a daily process, you’ll be the trusted advisor who brings structure, clarity, and momentum.
You will:
- Identify improvement opportunities across multiple departments and turn them into measurable projects and actions.
- Support the business to deliver the agreed improvement project plans.
- Lead Kaizen and other improvement workshops and improvement projects.
- Using Lean tools and CI thinking to tackle real business challenges and improvement opportunities
- Coach teams and individuals in CI methodology and mindset.
- Translate strategic priorities into practical KPIs and drive performance at team level.
- Create alignment across functions and stakeholders—bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
- Monitor progress and ensure improvements are embedded and sustained for the long term
- You’ll report to the Manager CI and work closely with our operations colleagues.
What makes you our ideal CI Specialist?
- A solid foundation in Lean (Green or Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, and CI methodologies Experience with CI tools such as A3 management, 5S, process mapping, PDCA, and problem solving
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills—you’re able to guide teams through complex problems with structure and clarity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people across all levels of the organization.
- Pragmatic, energetic, and hands-on: you get things moving and keep them going.
- Demonstrate a desire to drive change and improvement.
- Affinity with circular economy, sustainability, or manufacturing/logistics environments is a plus.
- Fluent in English and some Dutch.
